Just like its smaller 4-Person version, the Coleman Moraine Park Fast Pitch 6-Person Camping Dome Tent is perfect for fast, easy, and highly reliable shelter through 3 seasons of adventure. However, you can now fit a second queen-size airbed inside for a remarkably spacious interior.

It’s built with the Fast Pitch system, featuring pre-attached color-coded poles and hub, fast-fit feet, and a snag-free Insta-Clip suspension to offer an easy set-up that only takes about 6 minutes – that’s up to 40% faster than a comparable Coleman tent with conventional set-up. The durable Polyguard fabric is made for years of use, giving you a sturdy shelter season after season. Auto-roll windows provide quick, easy, and convenient ventilation for comfort. However, the Moraine Park Fast Pitch 6 is also designed for protection against inclement conditions: the WeatherTec system “Keeps You DryGuaranteed”, using a tub floor with patented corner welds, protected seams, and a covered zipper to keep water out. For even more rain protection, you can rely upon the specially designed door awning and included rainfly.

Additionally, the strong frame is tested to withstand up to 35+ MPH winds should a storm roll in. Illumiline guy lines provide added stability, as well as better visibility in the night due to their reflective properties. E-port for bringing electrical power into your tent with ease. Internal storage pockets help you keep your gear organized, and the removable, fold-down Murphy Shelf organizer with phone pocket works conveniently as a mini nightstand. Expandable carry bag lets you tear away the rip strip for easy packing. Manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty.

Setting up your home base is easy with the Coleman Moraine Park Fast Pitch 6-Person Dome Tent. You’ll feel like you’re in your own bedroom with the convenient, removable Murphy Shelf fold-down organizer, which acts like a nightstand with a phone pocket. The Fast Pitch system uses pre-attached poles and hub, fast fit feet and snag-free Insta-Clip suspension to let you set up your tent 40 percent faster than a comparable Coleman tent with conventional setup. If it rains, the tent is 33 percent more water-resistant and the WeatherTec system with its patented welded floors and inverted seams also helps you stay dry. Additionally, a door awning helps to keep the water out. When the temperature heats up, the auto-roll windows open in a snap to let in the comforting breeze. Illumiline reflective guy lines are more visible at night so you don’t get tripped up if you need to take a walk in the dark.

  1. Will14,

Affordable and sturdy – Used on a 1 week summer camp with the BSA troop and it was great. We had rain for 3 days and no leaks. Wind was around 35 mph at it’s worst and it held up.

  2. Karriem,

Awesome tent – Super easy to set up great quality. The only down side is it’s not 6 person tent. Maybe 4 but I knew that by the size.

  3. Robert C.

On our third summer with this tent and it has withstood heavy wind and torrential thunderstorms without breaking or leaking. We were camping in Baraboo Wisconsin last summer when heavy rains.

  4. Kjamand

Very easy to put up and take down. The only negative is the bags zipper broke taking it out and one of the piles metal part started to break as well on the first uses.

Very easy to set up – I set it up by myself quickly and without any problem. It was clear weather every day, so I got to enjoy seeing the trees and stars since the rain fly wasn’t needed.

  8. Breeze,

Fast assembly – The waterproof floor kept the rain out and us dry.

  9. Lyle,

easy to set and very roomey – Spent a father son weekend at Stephen C. Foster State Park in Georgia. This was a new tent for us. Without looking at the directions it was very easy to set up.

  13. Ol’ timer

Bought this tent so that we could use cots, be able to stand up inside to dress, and not have to crawl out of a low door. We did a practice set up in the yard.

Rain was steady lastnight, and we woke up to rain in all four corners while soaking a few things along the way. Tent was set up properly and was completely dry when it was set up.

Easy Set Up for One; Great Tent for my Family! – Love the easy set up of this tent (as does my 6 year old!), and its roomy size (it fits a queen inflatable mattress with room to spare). On our first outing it kept us nice and dry in light.

  17. NickP,

Great price, great performance in wet weather – Worth the money small inside would be cramped with 4 people. The tent fit myself and my 2 young kids fairly well with 2 twin air mattresses.

The back end doesn’t zip open or dormer out. So it really lacks air flow compared to my last Coleman tent. Disappointing. ✘ No, I do not recommend this product. Originally posted on coleman.

Good luxurious camping tent – This tent is awesome. I bought this tent a year ago and used to go to music festival. It is nice and spacious. I measure 5’6” and loved that I was about to stand up straight.
