I love this for carrying my yoga mat from the office to the gym. It is easy to take on and off and carry. My first one broke after a lot of use, so I bought a second one.

  2. Fauconne,

Sturdy & Stylish – I wanted something a bit prettier than the grey blocks and saw these. They’re both sturdy & comfy.

  3. LindaB,

These blocks are just right. – The blocks are pretty and perfect for my yin yoga practice.

  4. Chelsea Arne,

Ultimate yoga block! – My wife & I both love our Gaiam yoga blocks. They are an excellent addition to our daily practice. They provide extra stability during balance postures and guide our alignment throughout class.

  5. cbs20

I got it as a gift for my mom, and the very fist time she used it (just to carry her mat) it broke. Great idea, very cool, but not very sturdy. ✘ No, I do not recommend this product.

  6. Prettymama,

Love these, perfect height and width! – I practice yoga and barre with these and let have been perfect.

  7. yogiprincess,

Gaiam block and duffle – I bought this yoga block because I am now practicing my yoga at home instead of a gym that offers blocks for member’s use. The block is reasonably priced, I bought an extra for a friend – makes.

  8. Steph,

Very helpful – I am new to yoga and this is very helpful to help modify and provide support during poses.

  9. Siobhan

This strap is so functional and so good that I honestly don’t know why everyone doesn’t have one. Why use the dirty ones at the gym when you can have your own that is greatly superior? Terrific.

  10. inder

The loop got undone an the strap is useless now. Wouldn’t recommend. ✘ No, I do not recommend this product. Originally posted on gaiam.

  11. mtrem20,

Love the tri-color! – I purchased these blocks for my 12 year old niece as a birthday gift. She is fairly new to yoga and was wanting some blocks of her own to try things out at home with.

  12. Pat H.,

These are really helpful as a beginning yoga and pilates stu – Great help as I learn more poses/exercises and work on my balance. I bought them at the same time as my bolster.

  13. JoanieK,

Good but! – The blocks are really pretty, great height and the right amount of give!.

  14. bderush

  17. Kendogg,

Works! – Bought this a little while ago for my yoga room something inexpensive to start . When i went to my favorite studio, they had like cork blocks.

  18. Dani the newbie,

In love with this – It’s the first time I use a block, and this is amazing.

  19. Davoodoo,

Works as advertised – It’s a foam block so it’s kind of hard to review. It has only the slightest give but feels quite soft when you put some weight on it.

  20. suzele68,

Pretty & Functional – attractive, functional, useful – just perfect !!!!.

  21. Karolina2225,

Durable and Cute – Purchased two blocks for myself and my daughter, they work great. Very durable and easy to use. They really help my daughter who really needs the extra help in holding her balance.

  22. ChattaYogaJ

Ive had the bad for about 5 Months whren, I grabbed the strap from my car and the bottom of my mat fell out. One end of the band came apart with no way to repair it.

  23. ttmusic

People in class often ask to try my strap. It’s not sticky like the simple stretch resistance bands. It lays in the hand well and reaches down to my feet.
